New packaging is not acceptable
I have used this product for several years with satisfactory results. Recently they have changed their packaging (delivery system). It clogs and dispenses coagulated product which is not acceptable. Until they have new packaging and or a new delivery system I will no longer purchase this product. Very disappointing! Why the change?! It’s not better. How much did you save? You lost me as a customer.

I was hoping this would be a great product, especially for the price, but it dried out the skin under my eyes so badly. I didn’t even use it twice a day. Much cheaper eye creams hydrate my skin better. Definitely would not recommend
