I have tried multiple serums with growth factors, but I think this one is the best bang for your buck. It leaves my skin with a glowy, glassy finish. It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. My only complaint is the smell, but my current bottle doesn't seem to smell as bad as the ones from previous years.

Beware of other sellers online. I have gotten counterfeit products elsewhere (Walmart). The dermatologist and plastic surgeons recommend this one. It lasts months because you only need one or 2 pumps.

Not sure about this
I had used this years ago before the upgraded version was introduced. It doesn’t spread on very well and it has a strong unpleasant scent. I don’t remember the original being like this before. As a mature woman I felt like I need to have a growth factor and the newer version is even more expensive. So I thought I would go back to the original since it is a little less expensive. However, I’m not sure I will buy again. I may look for a less expensive option with a growth factor from another brand.

I had my doubts even after I had gone through 2 bottles, but the 3 one I started getting compliments about the quality of my skin and how beautiful I looked. I’ve used TNS recovery for years. It is always consistent. Once put on, it tightens, smooths the skin. This with a good overnight cream, you wake up taunt. Adding some cold water/or ice water to skin before preparation for the day, makes it all work so smoothly together..

The smell of this turned me off initially but now I don’t even mind it or notice it. This definitely heals and nourishes my very sensitive skin and I can see a positive difference after using it for a month or so. I put extra on my dry spots like the corner of my nose and my under eyes and it helps a lot. If you use too much it will pill so just something to be aware of. You really don’t need to use much for it to be effective. I also like how it has an indicator on the side that shows you how much product is left/if it’s time to order more. None of my other high end products have this and so I end up running out without realizing and having to rush to order more.

I found this to be a good, solid growth factor product but results were super slow and texture after absorption was very tacky and made other products tough to spread. In the future, I will try other GF products by brands other thank Skinmedica. Thought it was gold standard but not anymore.

Will buy this over the advanced+ serum
I have purchased the TNS advanced+ serum twice prior to this one, and after using it, I'll stop buying the advanced version and only get this. As far as I can tell, the only part of the advanced+ serum that is different is that one side of the dispenser contains some kind of a peptide cream/serum and the other side dispenses the actual growth factor serum. I can use my own, far less expensive peptide cream and mix it with this stuff. Peptide creams are way less expensive and easier to find than legit growth factor serums. Both products list their size as 1 ounce, so I'm pretty sure that you are only getting 1/2 an ounce of the growth factor serum with the advanced+ and you're getting a full once with this product (for less money). Either way, I really like this product. It has given me noticeably softer skin and has smoothed my tech neck (horizontal neck) lines. My neck looks at least 5 years younger now, since I believe it has evened out the tone as well (possibly from hydration though, since the uneven tone in previous pictures appears to just be dry skin). That had been my main goal in using originally, but then I started using on my face too, and it has helped to smooth the texture over the acne scars on my cheeks and chin. There is still some light pitting that I don't think can be fixed by a cream, but the overall texture is a bit less visible to the eye and feels a lot smoother to the touch. One thing I would recommend in order to save some money is that I have now for the past 3 months been stretching out how long this product lasts by applying once every 2-3 nights. I have maintained my results and not noticed any regression, so I may attempt to space it even further and continue to monitor with side-by-side comparison pictures. Even when purchasing originally, I only applied once daily at night. My logic was natural growth factor is only active at night anyways, so I didn't see a need to apply it in the morning. I didn't look into this at all though lol so don't take my word for it. Do your own research if you want to be sure. But even if you just apply every night, you'll be getting twice as long out of it as you would if using as recommended, still with great results.

I have been using growth factor products since 2005. I think they are the reason my 65 year old skin looks so great. Skinmedica is a ride or die for me. I love the TNS recovery complex which I mix with the Rejuvenative moisturizer to mimic the more expensive serum. The Ceramide cream is excellent as well.
