Not the eye cream for me

I was excited to get this eye cream after reading reviews on LovelySkin and other sources. It didn't work for me. I developed a "rash" under my eyes after the first use. I waited until the skin under my eyes cleared up and tried again. I got the same results. I do not have sensitive skin nor have I had reactions to any other product. This just isn't for me.
