When I received the product it looked like it would be a hard balm, but it melts easily with the heat of your finger. A little goes a long way and is great at removing waterproof eye makeup. It can feel a little greasy at first, but it's very moisturizing for the eyes.

Multi use product
I just love this!!!! I use it for it's main function which is to remove eye make-up, but it also does a great job as a cuticle cream and it also works to calm down a few strands of frizzy hair. I am always looking for multi-use products for travel and this will be the first thing in my bag for an upcoming trip to Russia. Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Balms Away Eye Makeup Remover
This product did not do a very good job removing eye makeup. It is very thick and greasy. You need to wipe lashes quite a few times to remove it. I am going to try using it on my cuticles as a conditioner.
