When I received the product it looked like it would be a hard balm, but it melts easily with the heat of your finger. A little goes a long way and is great at removing waterproof eye makeup. It can feel a little greasy at first, but it's very moisturizing for the eyes.

Multi use product
I just love this!!!! I use it for it's main function which is to remove eye make-up, but it also does a great job as a cuticle cream and it also works to calm down a few strands of frizzy hair. I am always looking for multi-use products for travel and this will be the first thing in my bag for an upcoming trip to Russia. Wonderful, Wonderful, Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!
