Ok for everyday
I am sick of paying $30-40 for dept store mascara. So I tried drugstore brands int he $10-14 range- lots of smearing/flaking. I saw this on sale at LovelySkin and looked through some online reviews. The price point was right. So the good - great curved brush and a nice deep black. No flaking, very little smearing even if I'm active unless I put on lower lashes - then it smeared a little while playing tennis. So if I just put on upper lashes it holds up very well. Washes off easily. This is not a dramatic mascara. This is a good daily mascara where you just want a little more than what you have. So if you need more oomph - this is not for you.

It’s not first time I am using this balm mascara, so it’s definitely agrees with me on every day use. It’s easy to remove and seems doesn’t cause allergic reaction. It’s not sufficiently dramatic for night make up to my view because if many layers applied it causes clumps in the area where one naturally has more lashes. I am sure it’s a good quality though. No streaks when hot and no need to rub too much a remover when cleaning your eyes.

The wand/applicator is very nice. I do find I have to wipe access product off so that it doesn't apply such a clumpy amount all at once. The price is good for a high end mascara. Not as clumpy as many other brands. Cute packaging! I am 65 years old with very thin and sparse lashes. The curve of the brush made it difficult for me do apply on the left (I am right handed) After application I have to put my reading glasses on and clean up my lids, etc. I think it is probably a great product however it wasn’t right for my situation. I would love to find the right mascara for me! PS. It washes off easily which is nice!
