I've been using Arcona products since 1993 and would not be without any of the Basic 5 products for my dry skin. I am sensitive to fragrances and chemicals and have never had an issue with any of Arcona's Basic 5 line.

This lightweight solution is perfect to mix with my other Vitamin C cream. My skin feel more plump and youthful. The fragrance is subtle and lovely. No absorption problems either. I typically use during my evening skincare routine. Will definitely utilize more often during cooler months.

i bought to use as a travel size, but i see that it's 2 oz. each for liquids which i think is over the limit for carry-ons. i decided to start using at home and was pleasantly surprised. the gel cleanser is a bit thick so doesn't take much, and takes a minute to lather up. i did note that it can be a bit drying. i do like the cranberry toner. i hadn't used a toner in a while and this made me realize that using it with the exfoliating cotton rounds really did make my face feel smoother when applying moisturizer. it is likely that i would order the full size when needed. i don't use it every day. i alternate with other cleansers. some have complained about the strong scent, but it doesn't bother me, even if it does smell like i sprayed air freshener in the bathroom after using it :)

Had to wait until I used product for a least a moth. Feel it is keeping my dark spots at bay. Not completely gone however better than some of the more expensive brands I have use. I have never peeled because my skin is accustomed to retinol products. Would buy again!

Sometimes I use this on its own. It's pretty hydrating without being greasy. And it is really great for your neck and chest areas that often get neglected when putting on moisturizer. … more
