I THINK the powder does offer some sun protection but I also wear sunscreen so it is difficult to say for sure. My skin is super sensitive but this is not at all irritating. My biggest issue with this spf powder is the container. It is difficult to get powder out. The dispenser button gets stuck every time I use it. The brush is simply awful. The brush hairs are coming out all over my face.

His skin looks less wrinkled and smoother. I think this is a good product for him, he just asked me to order another tube as he is almost out.
