My dermatologist recommended this sunscreen and it actually helps reduce actinic keratoses and heal sun damage. This is a great product for sun damaged skin and to prevent further sun damage. It doesn't pill up when foundation is applied and my sensitive skin feels nourished, and soothed. This has become my favorite sunscreen and i use it year round.
