This is a nice soft eyeshadow brush. It is a perfect size and shape where you can apply shadow to the upper and lower lids as well as the crease and outer corner. It picks up enough shadow. It doesn’t shed. Great quality brush.

I have been taking this supplement for years, with occasional breaks for a few months here and there. When I don't take it, I notice a difference in my energy levels and my eyesight. Vitamin A is like a base vitamin that supports the absorption of all of the other vitamins so it is essential, but you have to take it in a natural form, like this one. I also love the antioxidant blend as I feel it gives good support in multiple ways. I don't pay enough attention to myself or my health, but I pay enough to be able to say that I prefer to take this as opposed to not taking it. Hope that makes sense!
