For those of us with mature skin, this product is softer and easy to apply. It is not a light, airy texture but a smooth (hint of creamy but not creamy) texture. It settles nicely on the skin. Using it as an accent in place of a bronzer. Have not tried it as a "foundation" since it would not likely conceal my hyperpigmentation.

I was looking for a mascara that doesn’t hurt my eyes and still performs well. This mascara works well! I’ve used the Jane Iredale foundation for many years now and I cannot live without. I can’t believe I took so long to try the mascara. I like that it’s tubing so that it doesn’t smear onto my eyelids.

The eyeshadow sick is ok. It glides on easily, very smooth. I may have chosen a color that is too light, I thought it would be more vibrant. I can apply two or even three coats, no clumping, ( which is nice) There just is not much color. I combine it with another color and blend, it does look nice. I will consider a purchase again, and choose a more bold color.

This stain is hydrating, not sticky, and with the right application technique, looks nearly natural. The color develops with time and even the lightest shade is pretty pink. I either swipe only one lip and rub my lips together for that perfect natural subtle pink, or I lightly line my lips with the stain and then apply a sheer gloss. This one is price-y but I’ve yet to find anything on the market quite like it.

I have used Jane Iredale makeup off and on over 30 years. I love that it is a clean product and also good for your skin. Off and on is due to not being able to find this makeup locally in OH after the salon closed where I originally purchased it. The blush allows for just a light touch or building up to the saturation that you want. It is easy to find colors that match my skin tone and are perfect for me. As the internet has developed, it is much easier to review products online and even do the virtual to have a getter idea of the color on my skin. Around MD there are several shops that carry Jane Iredale makeup so I have the advantage of actually trying the colors.

I have used this product for 21 years and it is so lightweight and high in pigment you don’t feel like you are wearing makeup yet it gives excellent coverage without looking cakey or using much product; I have oily acne prone skin and travel a lot for work in hot climates, and this lightweight powder protects my skin with sunblock but also doesn’t harbor or staph or strep so it doesn’t contaminate easily unlike other makeup brands and protects my skin from acne; your skin can breathe thru this product & protects my fair skin from “sweating off “ by previously used products and getting sun burned while outdoors

I really like the Jane Iredale loose mineral powder for my last makeup step with other foundation products. I have used it over the Jane Iredale primer, over sunscreen, cc cream, or a full-coverage foundation. You don’t need much if using it over other products - it gives a beautiful glowy finish. It can be layered for more coverage if desired.
