The majority of the essence products I have used in the past have been liquid and this is so unique because it is a thicker consistency, more like a serum. It is very hydrating and luxurious! Apply after toner, before serum, and just pat onto your skin. Sometimes I feel like half a pump is sufficient. Don't be hesitant to try because of the price point, it lasts forever!

I have been using this product for many years and it does a great job. It has been recommended to me by a beauty consultant as a moisturizer protector that goes over any cremes that I am using. I was looking at the time for a face treatment for long hour flights when my face was getting very dehydrated in the airplanes due to high altitudes. This non greasy creme does the job and it seems that it does not have any decent alternatives on the market, not that I know of, at least. I highly recommend it as a morning and night routine. It will help you seal all the goodie from any creme you are using, and with a quality dose of retinol!
