First I use Triphasic shampoo, then squeeze excess water out of my hair and apply the conditioner. I leave on a minute and rinse. I have noticed since using the shampoo and conditioner I have less shedding. The conditioner does not weigh my fine hair down.

I’ve been taking this supplement for two months now and I can see the new hair growing on the top of my head ( I suffered a severe hair loss after the surgery). I am going to continue taking it until my hair is back and probably even further; it is definitely working.
