New and improved is not always a positive. This new tube material on this shampoo is awful. It is impossible to get the shampoo out of the tube as it crumbles and gets all distorted. Also takes some muscle. Had my husband pour some in a cup so I could use it in the shower. It is so bad, I have actually considered buying another container and transferring the shampoo so I can use it.
