To reserve your virtual consultation spot, you’ll pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee at the time of booking. Registering for this event implies acceptance of the cancellation policy.
Please read to the bottom of this statement for all related information about your payment. A one-time payment of $25 via PayPal is required to reserve your appointment. 2-3 business days after your appointment is completed you will receive your $25 back in the form of a one-time use code on the LovelySkin website to be used towards your jane iredale purchase. Please do not share this code with any other person, as it can only be used once.
Cancellation policy:
- If we receive your cancellation notice more than 24 hours before your appointment, your registration fee will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow up to 3 business days for this to be completed.
- If we receive your cancellation notice less than 24 hours before your appointment, you forfeit your registration fee and will not be refunded.
- If you fail to attend your appointment, you forfeit your registration fee and will not be refunded.
