I'm not really sure if it's doing anything to "firm", but I sure do like how quickly it absorbs into my skin and keeps any dryness at bay. It's really helped with dry elbows and a nagging itch I had on my shins. I've been using this for over a year and will keep using it daily! It definitely smells like coconut (in a very natural way), so if you don't like that scent this might not be for you.

I was expecting this moisturizer to be better based on the description. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks, so maybe it takes more time to notice improvement. So far, it’s just ok. The smell is nice but it does similar moisturizing to any other cheaper ones I use. I don’t think it’s worth the price.

It is a lovely and soothing lotion perfect for everyday use, but it is not for extremely dry skin. I've just learned recently for that you need a cream instead of a lotion. If you love coconut, this is for you. I have their coconut cleanser and it smells exactly the same. Not a strong fragrance, just light enough. Note, this is a lotion and not a body cream. It is still moisturizing, just not as heavy consistency like creams.
