I've never used a scalp cleaning brush prior and was anxious to try. Seriously feels so good that I have a hard time stopping. I feel like my scalp is being shampooed by a professional at a salon. Soothing, cleansing and just all around feels good.

Works well!
It's made of silicone-like material so it does get caught in your hair a little, but I definitely feel like it got into my scalp and got rid of build up. I used it with a scalp scrub and I think it made an even bigger difference.
