Great toner
The minute I dry my face after I wash it, I reach for this toner. Not only does it take away that “dry” feeling without any oily residue, but it feels so fresh and good on my skin, I love using it. Knowing it is balancing my skin is an added bonus to the way it makes my skin feel. Besides, using that cotton ball saturated with this product, I know I am also smoothing my skin’s surface. Ok, I normally don't use toner, but I received a sample from Lovely Skin with an order, and I decided I like it! I use it to remove the makeup/sunscreen that is hard to get when washing my face, and then I swipe a thin layer all over. It hasn't been drying for me. I could live without it, but I'd rather not. I prefer to use it instead of something like micellar water.
