I don't usually use a toner. I got this to go with the whole recovery line. I enjoy it. It makes my face feel fresh. But I'm not sure that it is necessary to get benefits from the serum and moisturizer. EltaMD is a great product. If you are a toner person, I'm sure this would be great.
