This toner is so gentle and I want to say it is like a liquid serum. I splash it all over my face, neck & décolleté. I follow with the Recovery Serum & Clear SPF 46. I see a difference. I am searching for an unbelievable moisturizer for my neck, lol. I have some serious sun damage on the right side of my neck.
