Good but...
I accidently bought this instead of EltaMD Clear tinted. It's a nice moisturizing product but the color is a little different and my skin brakes out. Still a great product for a diffetent skin type.

Good
I love Elta MD products, but this one is not my favorite; the texture is denser than the previous formula.

Protects perfectly
I have dark spots on my face and I am using medication to lighten them. My dermatologist recommended Elta MD UV Elements BROAD-SPECTRUM SPF 44. I used it for a long time until it was discontinued. I contacted the company and this replacement was recommended. I am very satisfied with the protection it provides. My dark spots have faded considerably with the medication and this product prevents them from coming back. I highly recommend it.

Blends Well
It's a little thick but when blended it looks good.

Not a good color for me
I tried this sunscreen after my dermatologist recommended it. I liked how it applied, it felt nice going on, and was nice and moisturizing. However, the color just didn't look right with my skin tone, so I returned it.

Great sunscreen
I really like the feel of the new formulation. It applies easily and feels light on the face. Not greasy or heavy at all. I use it like a foundation.

Nice mineral tinted SPF!
I was excited to try Elta’s mineral SPF as I try to stay away from chemical SPF. I love that it offers 50 SPF protection. It glides smoothly over my vitamin C serum and I’m able to reapply throughout the day. I do wish the tint were a bit lighter.

Nice tint and great spf
Love the higher spf on this tinted face sunscreen. It’s a little thicker than some but blends and works in just fine. Wasn’t sure if it would react with my sensitive skin since it’s not solely a mineral sunscreen but no problem noted!

Enjoying product
I definitely like the coverage of this lotion, it seems a little bit too thick. Wish lotion was somewhat thinner. I add some regular lotion to it before applying

Good sun screen
I love the original elements and this is not the same. Not bad either. However I learned not to take too much before applying. It does melt into your skin so it doesn't appear white and it stays on for 18 holes of golf. I need this protection due to melasma.

Not As Creamy
I used UV Elements Broad-Spectrum SPF 44 before and have found this upgraded product to be less creamy so it is harder to apply. Also the tint is darker and the previous product matched my skin perfectly. Other than that I like it.

Fair skin - Great coverage - nice product - but too yellowy for me
I love the product but the tint makes it a poor choice. Elta makes the best sunblock, the only one I can use, but the tints are too yellow for this old girl.

Really smooth
Great color! Blended smoothly and felt light. Coverage was perfect and stayed a long time. I will purchase again for sure.

Great coverage sunscreen
Elta MD is a great product. I have sensitive skin and so far no breakouts. This sunscreen provides good coverage! Little heavier than the clear tinted.

EltaMD UV AOX Elements Broad Spectrum.
Product goes on thicker than previous EltaMD formula. Creamy and covers well. Feel like there is more protection. Also a little darker in shade. Takes some getting used to and I am still on the fence, but may end up liking better than what it replaced.

Pretty Good! Non Irritating, Does Not Pill But Too Makeup-y
I have sensitized, post-procedure skin and I NEED a gentle sunscreen that does not irritate, is easy to apply, does not have a white cast and doesn't look makeup-y. This is impossible to find. This sunscreen is one of the best I've found, but it doesn't meet all criteria. The best thing about it is it does not pill -- wow! That's a big accomplishment for physical sunblock. This sunblock has not irritated my skin, I love how gentle it is! It goes on super thick and makeup-y. At first I was like oh no, this won't work. But after 2 hours it fades and looks pretty good, but for a guy it's too makeup-y. Getting this off my skin at night takes way more effort than I want, I have to use makeup remover! It leaves my skin looking orange after I take it off, so I do not use this everyday, just when I need a super gentle sunscreen. I implore Elta to make this formulation in a lighter shade.

Less toxic formula
I was happy to see EltaMD improved their formula and got rid of some bad for you ingredients in the UV version. This one is a little lighter tinted and is definitely thicker due to the mineral content. I feel it’s a good trade off for better ingredients. So far it has worn well under my makeup in the humidity. I liked the soft feel of the UV better but I won’t go back due to this being a less toxic formula.

Elta MD UV AOX Elements Tinted SPF50 Upgraded Formula
I received a sample and it was the first time I was willing to try a tinted sunscreen, because it blended beautifully with my skin color. I like that it is a mineral sunscreen. The protection is very good. It’s a bit on the dry side, after having been using EltaMD Clear, but not bad, especially considering it is a mineral sunscreen. I try to apply as little as possible, so not to get anything onto my clothing. In fact, I would prefer untinted for that reason, even though the color blends beautifully. Overall, yes I would recommend it.

It’s not moist
I like the finish but after hours it feels a little bit dry sometimes. My skin it’s very very dry so next time I think I have to order Elta MD sunscreen with moisturizer but I love the tinted finish.
