I purchased this product last year and finally get to try the product. As usual, this is another great one. It is very light and not greasy and gives a great protection. I use this one when I don’t go out so I am still protected. I am so happy that I bought two jars at the time of purchase. The extra jar that I bought is for my mom who lives in Hong Kong.

PERFECT for post procedure
This sunscreen is SO soft and rubs in so easily. I will say that it is not very sheer-- it leaves the skin a bit oily after application, but the oily look goes away after a half an hour or so. I use it after laser hair removal, and it really helps. It is also a good mineral sunscreen for people of color. Most mineral sunscreens leave a white cast, but this one does not. Honestly, all Elta MD sunscreens are good sunscreens for people of color.

Hydrating and good value!
After trying out a couple of other EltaMD sunscreen options, I tried this one as a lower SPF option because I noticed it came with a lot more product for the money. I have found the formula to be very hydrating, even in the dry winter months. Some may not love the jar for sanitary reasons, but I like that I'm able to get all the product out of the container and that I can control how much I'm applying. I would definitely repurchase this product!

No dryness
Having a fair skin, I have tried many facial sunscreens. A lot with zinc in them will dry out my skin. This has been a game changer for me. It goes on smoothly and absorbs well into my skin. It does not cause any dryness. My makeup goes on perfectly over top of it.

My favorite sunscreen - and I've tried A LOT!
I always come back to this EltaMD sunscreen. While I would prefer an all mineral one, they are just so drying and heavy on my extremely dry skin. This has some chemical sunscreen but is mainly zinc - it strikes they right balance of making it pleasant to use and physical-block effective. That means I'll use it! I makes my skin soft and comfortable, never leaves a white cast, never pills, and somehow makes my skin actually better while I'm wearing it. Now, Elta just needs to bring back pump spray body sunscreen - which was m other go too. Effective, not drying, and not impossible to get off once I'm home from the beach!

I love the consistency of this cream. I use it every morning on my neck and chest. It sinks in, is not sticky at all, but feels very moisturizing all day, I'm not out in the sun until March, so I'm hoping the sunscreen in it does its job then.
