I recently purchased the Elta MD Broad Screen Sunscreen for my face after trying it from my sister and also after receiving a sample from Lovely Skin. It is very light and moisturizing without feeling greasy. The zinc oxide does not appear white on my face as another top brand does. I use it faithfully every day as part of my routine. I have very sensitive skin and this has not caused any adverse problems to my face. It is now my “go to” for facial sunscreen!

In my opinion Elta MD is the best sunscreen made today and their UV Sheer Broad Spectrum SPF 50+ is the best one for your face. It is It is a thin liquid consistency so it blends into your face smoothly after your serums. It does not leave a white chalky look like many other sunscreens. Your face make-up goes on easily after the sunscreen application.

I love all Elta's sunscreens- even if they leave a white tone to my skin. I don't care about that, as long as my face is protected. This sunscreen goes on without any white color (I know it says sheer) and is light and absorbs quickly. I will be using more often than the others!

I usually use the SPF 46 but I think I'll switch to this product. It's a lighter, more fluid texture and absorbs very quickly. It works especially well for me because I always use moisturizer under my SPF, and this doesn't feel too heavy over moisturizer and under makeup, whereas the SPF 46 in the pump tube can feel too rich.

For a mineral sunscreen, this is the best you are going to do with the sheer factor once applied. It still is a little white at first, but blends in and definitely protects. I have used a number of Elta sunscreens, and this is my favorite.
