Love this cleanser
I have used this cleanser off and on for several years. Now that I'm in my seventies, I use it once a week because it is a very deep cleanser. It's a perfect cleanser prior to a mask for any skin type. It's a little pricey, but a really good cleanser.

Works well, good texture
I love cleansing balms and have tried several. This is so popular out in the world, and it seems like very good quality botanical ingredients. I rated 4 stars not five due to smell and small size for the cost. It is very concentrated, and a tiny amount goes a long way so maybe the cost is in line with that. The smell is hard to place, but at first, before massaging it in and emulsifying with water, it has a strong basil scent, almost food like plant smell. Later as you rub it in and emulsify it smells more standard botanical. It does work nicely, and I see why people love it. It is nice that it comes with detailed directions on how to massage your face while using it, as well as the muslin cloth.
