hard to say, good science
I've been using this for years. I only take one of the two recommended capsules a day. It's hard to say if it's effective, but there is a lot of science behind the benefit of taking Nicotinamide daily for your skin.

Great skin protection
I’ve been using these supplements for 3 years for dark spots on my skin. Recommend by my dermatologist. And yes they do help . I have not gotten any new ones and my skin doesn’t burn like it used to. I also use sunscreen.

Not entirely sure it's working...
I bought this to help protect my skin from the aggressive Colorado sun and after about a month, I'm a little underwhelmed. Even though I use SPF 40+ on my face, my skincare has actives that increase sun sensitivity, so I was hoping for additional protection. I really can't say that this has helped, and it's quite expensive, so the jury's still out on whether or not it was worth the purchase price.

It would occur at the beginning of “sun season” in the Pacific Northwest (or if I went on vacation to a sunny locale), even with the use of high-grade sun blocks and protective clothing. Must Have Extra Protection
Must have extra protection against UV rays. Being diagnosed with LUPUS made me very conscious about sun protection. I took one star for it is not a substitute for physical protection. However, my nails are growing very fast and healthy (which is rare in me) since using Heliocare Advanced. I will keep coming for more!

Iv’e been taking this supplement for about two years. My skin is very fair and I’ve had one instance with a basal cell that needed to be removed. Having read the reviews for this product, I gave it a try. I started only taking one pill a day and noticed that I did not burn in the sun as quickly. After re-reading the directions, I began taking two of these a day and within a week, I noticed a difference in my hair and skin. My hair is thicker and my skin seems more moisturized. I would recommend this supplement. I have had annual dermatology skin checks and have not had any more issues going forward.

Amazing results from Heliocare Advanced. I am a 74 yr old Redhead who has always burned in the FL sun. I have been using Heliocare Advanced for a couple years now and can honestly say I have not gotten sunburned. I believe the Fernblock ingredient has been the answer. I also use a good sunscreen. I get compliments on my skin about how healthy it looks. My husband now uses it too. This is a wonderful product.

I have been using this for almost one year and I see an improvement in my skin. I am a natural redhead with a medium complexion.
