Getting another bottle
I am getting another bottle. I noticed less skin reactivity and itchiness while I was taking it. I think it is helpful for my sensitive skin.

Great stuff!
I asked my Dermatologist about stocking this product and she fully agreed it would be the best for me with my history of skin damage. So, I put it on auto ship and began using it immediately. I think my skin will become stronger and less inclined to get skin cancers and that is just the point of taking it! I am 75 and had a lot of damage over these many years. It comes home to roost when you get older, so I am happy I asked my doctor about getting it before I ordered. She was really impressed that I researched this product and wanted to hear from her that it would be a worthwhile investment. So, great! I am glad to have Heliocare in my skin routine! I will be faithful as we all need to have as much skin protection as possible.

Some of my darker pigmented/ sunspots have disappeared since taking this. For this reason I will continue with this ! I also think it helps with sun protection although you still need to wear sunscreen.

I started using this product due to my aging skin. I pop 1-2 capsules when I know I’m going to have prolonged sun exposure and it really helps prevent burns. I’ve also noticed that my brown spots lighten up when using it as well. Just make sure it doesn’t interact with any of your medications as it is a supplement. Great product!

hard to say, good science
I've been using this for years. I only take one of the two recommended capsules a day. It's hard to say if it's effective, but there is a lot of science behind the benefit of taking Nicotinamide daily for your skin.

I bought this to help protect my skin from the aggressive Colorado sun and after about a month, I'm a little underwhelmed. Even though I use SPF 40+ on my face, my skincare has actives that increase sun sensitivity, so I was hoping for additional protection. I really can't say that this has helped, and it's quite expensive, so the jury's still out on whether or not it was worth the purchase price.

Must Have Extra Protection
Must have extra protection against UV rays. Being diagnosed with LUPUS made me very conscious about sun protection. I took one star for it is not a substitute for physical protection.
