Sun feels less horrible
I have very fair skin and prone to sunspots of all kinds. I also feel terrible when exposed to sunlight. Since taking this, that experience has softened. The sun spots are less plentiful and less visible. Have already repurchased.

Husband ended up with a bad case of phytophotodermatitias (caution: don’t pull wild parsnip in the sun without full sunscreen) and in addition to a topical corticosteroid, I bought these in the hopes it might help his skin overall since so much was covered in blisters and burns. Who knows if they’re working, but his skin is definitely healing. He didn’t have any side effects so alls well.

I think this actually helps prevent skin cancer
I’ve had 9 skin cancer surgery’s over the past 15 years. My Dermatologist recommended taking Heliocare many years ago which I’ve been taking ever since. I used to have at least a biopsy taken every 6 month check up….it’s been 2 years now and I haven’t had any biopsy’s taken. I think Heliocare has something to do with that!

Heliocare Care with advanced antioxidents and nicotinamide
I am 69. I have taken this supplement for 4 years. It is great for your skin! it contains Fernblock which blocks the bad sun rays from your skin, I still use mineral tinted sunscreen on my face and wear a hat but am able to go out into the sun without the fear of getting sunburned (I am very fair-skinned). This supplement really improved the texture of my facial skin and cleared up blemishes. i now have 3 friends who are as sold on this supplement as I am. Try it for a couple of months and you too will be sold on it. I believe it is the nicotinamide that has made the difference for me. For my friends it has greatly reduced the amount of biopsies on their skin at the dermatologist office.
