Like that it provides antioxidants and is dermatologist recommended. Good to have extra sun protection. Must still wear sunscreen. I haven’t used it long enough no notice visible changes.

New to Heliocare and will stay the course
I read reviews of all skin and supplement products before buying and I tend to lean toward natural skin and health care items. Heliocare has been recommended by so many users and dermatologists. I am on my second bottle of Heliocare and can’t say I have noticed any changes. I am taking twice a day for the summer and will move to daily in fall through winter. I was a tanning bed junkie in late 80s to early 90s and at 53 had my first BCC removed on my thigh in February. I have been good about using sunscreen spf 30 and 50 when I am outside but feel the need for extra protection from free radicals by taking this supplement. I eat a healthy diet, exercise daily and very mindful of sun protection. I feel Heliocare will help in my battle against past and future sun damage. I will stay the course and see if I notice changes in my skin.

An extra sun protective measure
I use this during the hotter months because I want the extra antioxidant protection. Sunscreen is vital, but sometimes it can sweat off and honestly I want an extra boost with how strong the sun is during the hotter months. I wish it was cheaper but I think it's worth it during the summer.

I've been taking HELIOCARE for years. I still apply my sunscreen daily and this gives me extra protection from the sun. I would prefer HELIOCARE Advanced, but it is a bit more expensive.

Works well for fair-skinned people
My husband and I took these last summer. We live on the East Coast so it’s not necessary to use it off season. I am very fair-skinned and didn’t have to use as much sunscreen while using this product. My husband used less sunscreen as well. We will be using this product every summer and starting our kids on it as well.

Added sense of sun protection security
I've been using this supplement for several years whenever I know I'm going to be outside for prolonged periods. I'm honestly not 100% sure if they work but can say that I've never gotten a sunburn when I use this (along with a topical SPF of course). It definitely helps me feel a little more secure about protection from sun exposure. No adverse effects either.

Melasma not getting worse
I cannot say this does much because you cannot see it, but y melasma is not getting worse especially when it was really sunny out and that is rare for me. I’m still borderline skeptical but my face is obviously being more protected somehow.
