I was worried it would mess with my stomach, but it doesn’t cause problems. It provides extra protection on those days I’ll be outside for a while. I don’t take it on days I’m not outside much.

I received samples of these pills a couple of times. Although, it is best to take them regularly, I felt as though I was slightly more protected than usual. I opted for a vacation time, 4 consecutive days of use. I did not get as much sun as I had, in the past similar setting. I have been using the pills this summer along with sunscreen. My skin has remained protected. I was nervous about sun exposure during a long run I had scheduled. These pills gave me peace of mind when sunscreen sweat off. I plan to purchase every summer.

Sun spots
I read about this product for additional sun protection and possible reduction of sun spots. I do notice that my skin is looking better, but I have also been using a serum. It may be the combination of the both, but my skin is smoother and the spots do appear lighter. I have been using this for over a month and have already re-ordered another bottle.

Heliocare Sun Protrction Pills
It's hard to tell if these pills really help with sun protection, but after attending a talk by a dermatologist who uses them, I thought I would use them at least during the summer months for extra sun protection. Having had skin cancer, I try and take as many precautions as possible to protect my skin. I take one pill every day as the directions state. It's hard to rate something like this because it is an internal help against sun damage.

Nice Idea
I take these on days when I know I'll be golfing or hiking or doing something outside for an extended period. I live in San Diego where the sun can be brutal. I haven't had any adverse reactions but I don't know if I would burn without the pills either. My dermatologist sells these in her office, so I trust that they are beneficial.

Since I've taken these pills to guard against sunburn, I haven't gotten any sunburn and I'm in the sun everyday. I play tennis and swim in an outdoor pool and I simply take a pill half hour before the activity and apply appropriate sunscreen and I don't worry snout getting over exposed to the sun. Extra security is worth it
I take one pill daily as recommended by my dermatologist. Can't really tell if it helps since i am now using sunscreen faithfully. I must say this is the first summer that I wasn't plagued by new dark age spots on my skin. Will continue to use for the security it gives me that I am doing everything possible to protect my skin.

Hope it works
I take one of these pills everyday in the summer and 2-3 if I'm going to be spending the day in the sun. I am not sure if they work but I think they are worth a try. If there was more studies/conclusive evidence I would give them 5 stars but I don't read about these too often.

I bought these for a plethora of reasons. My boyfriend went for his 10 day Hawaii(2nd home) visit and I couldnt take one more sunburn. Also, I love the antioxidant properties.
