No Noticeable Effect
This just sits on top of your lips and doesn’t really rub in. It isn’t drying per se, but it does have a dry/pasty texture when you rub your lips together. I do not have any fine lines around my lips yet, but I also have not noticed any increased moisture, smoothness, or plumpness after a couple weeks of consistent use. This may be effective for someone with more pronounced fine lines but for younger skin, this is not worth buying.

I had high hopes for this product based on the other reviews, but it really didn't do much for my lips. At the very least, it would have been nice to get some decent moisture, but it didn't do anything for chapped lips. Wouldn't get again.
