This product provides good coverage, but it can be difficult to blend. I ordered the light, but it was too light. So, I got the med. and light one, which overall is pretty good for light skin. The only thing is that is seems difficult to work with in that it doesn't spread easily. But, overall, it's pretty good and lasts a long time.

I've never used a BB cream (wasn't quite sure what it was!) but honey whatever it is, it is divine! I'm using it as a concealer and a pore minimizer. Then applying my Warm Silk as usual and I'm loving the finish even more than ever. This is different from other BB creams because it covers much better. The #3 is light enough for my very fair skin. I would caution that a very small amount goes a LONG way, so don't overuse. It is pricier than some brands, but because you need less, it is a good value.

Love, love, love this new product from Jane Iredale. I wasn't quite sure about using a very opaque product at first. Iit is a total coverage product, but it feels like absolutely nothing on my skin. I absolutely love the way it corrects my skin tone flaws and still doesn't look caked like other opaque products can. I'd say try it. At $48, it's a steal. A teeny tiny dot can cover your whole face. the product stays put all day. I work til midnight and when I come home, my make-up still looks fresh without any touch-ups throughout the day. YAY! I am not sure if I really like this product. It's difficult to apply specially if you do not put moisturizer on your face first. BB5 is a little too light for my skin. Maybe if I order BB7 I would like the color better. It smooths the skin out and It stays on all day so no need to re-apply.

I have used the Jane Iredale pressed powder foundation for years but recently I felt like I needed something else to even my skin tone and help with dry patches that mineral make up was accentuating. I tried another brand's high end tinted primer and did not like the thick silicone texture and the fact that it was hard to wash off. In comparison, the Jane Iredale BB cream provides nice coverage and I feel like it's healthier for my skin: it washes off easily, it's non-comedogenic, no fragrance, etc... I have sensitive skin and had no reaction. I ordered the shade that matched my pressed foundation and it worked fine. I am still tweaking the way I apply to perfect the appearance, but I am satisfied this was a good purchase. A very little goes a very long way. Plus it makes my pressed foundation last longer as I am not applying much of that at all.

I like the overall coverage. It goes on very well ; however, I wish there was more explanation on how to use this product with other Iredale products. It is advertised with a primer. Do they advocate that they should be used together ? Does one also use a powder base over it ? It's expensive but worth it.

For my skin the light to medium shade is too pale . The cream is rather thick but It does give a smooth effect. Applying with the sponge or fingers worked equally well for me but the contrast between face and neck was obvious. Perhaps the darker shade would be more suitable but my complexion is on the fair side so maybe not. I was looking forward to using the cream but am rather disappointed.

I love the new BB Cream because of its texture and awesome coverage. It is very lightweight and a little goes a long way. At first, I didn’t think I was going to like it, as it seemed kind of heavy, but it meshes in with your skin and provides a great toned texture and appearance. I suggest applying it with the Flocked Sponge or regular makeup sponge, as I find it spreads easier.
