Seems good

I’ve been debating on whether to use a toner or not. Finally decided to try this one. It’s alright. Some products make me break out, but this one hasn’t. It does have a very strong fragrance that I’m not a big fan of, but it didn’t trigger my skin. Don’t know if it does much in general though. Not sure I’ll buy again
