Puffy Eyes
The first several times I used the eye cream my skin burned and turned red. It made everything worse. After a week it was better. Using it now for three weeks I see no improvement in the puffiness and dark circles. I will continue to use it. I thought it would be like Kinerase eye cream but it's not. So I will use it up and move on to another product that's not so expensive.

Best eye cream
I have been using this product for about 6 years. I use it day and night. It's the best around eye area moisturizer I have ever used. People that I have not seen me in a while have asked if I used Botox. Totally recommend it!

Broken Jar
I absolutely love this eye cream, but will no longer purchase it. The jars break and tiny pieces of plastic fall into the cream, or the lid does not screw on tightly and the cream dries out. The last 4 jars I've received have been faulty. Much of the product is wasted as I try to remove broken pieces or it becomes a thick paste. I keep purchasing it because the cream really does help with dryness and firming, but it's too expensive. Sorry

I have been using this product for over 3 years. I''m 40 and started several years ago using this product. i have tried many eye creams and have always gone back to elastiderm, I have tried other eye creams and have never found one that makes the fine lines disappear like this eye cream does... I think it is by far the best that I have ever tried... Happy with Obagi Elastiderm in Illinois...

I have tried so many eye creams and have had some ones that I really like. After reading reviews for this one and receiving one in the mail from my favorite place, LovelySkin, I really liked it. I ordered it and have been so pleased with it. It is not heavy and feels really good on the skin and I believe that it works much better since it is a lighter then heavier eye creams. Heavier ones seem to not absorb as much and stay on the top surface of the skin then the lighter ones do. This has become my favorite! Thanks for sending me the sample!

I'm really disappointed that a product at this price point from an established firm like Obagi (and I generally love all their products) was such a let down. I've been using it for a month consistently, no improvement at all and it doesn't even feel very emollient shortly after applying. I've gotten better results from much lower priced products, so I'll go back there. Sorry to not give a better review but this is my honest review from experience.
