This delicate soothing eye cream is gentle to dab on thin sensitive eye skin - I really think it has helped the elasticity and firmness around my eyes. It is expensive for how little you get... i.e. 0.5 ounces!! and I do seem to waste a bit when first opening the jar when the product is on the inside cover. ... it'd be better if it were in a tube. My big gripe and this is for ALL cosmetic manufacturers - the time has come to either make your oversized jars recyclable, biodegradable, or refillable instead of made with a lot of waste that stays in the earth for a million years, just so consumers can hold off getting a wrinkle. Its obscene and I hate it every time I have to throw and big empty jar into the trash.

I just started using this eye cream and so far I really like it. It’s formulated to use all over eyes and is very gentle doesn’t sting eyes or cause bumps. Only down side is personal to me - I dislike dunking my finger inside the jar. If they made a dispenser version I’d buy that in a heartbeat.

I’ve been using Alastin’s Restorative Eye Repair for two years and only noticed a slight difference in all that time! And the price tag is not small — $99 for half an ounce which lasts me maybe 1.5 months, maybe… This jar (Obagi ELASTIderm) seems like it will take me much further than a little over a month even though it’s the exact same amount! Although the ALASTIN eye repair seemed to penetrate my skin easier than Obagi, I saw little improvement sooooo here’s hoping I made the right decision to switch back to an Obagi product!
