Pleasantly Surprised
I was really skeptical about the new formula and even went on eBay to find the last bottles of the old formula before buying the new, but I am pleasantly surprised that I like it. It literally takes less than a pea size of the product to wash my face, it feels smooth and clean and rinses very easily better than the previous formula.

Great exfoliating cleanser
This cleanser works very well to clean and soften the skin and minimize pores. It's mostly meant for the face, but I also use it on a couple of areas of keratosis pilaris (bumpy skin) on my arms, and it really helps with that too. Great product!

Good for Summer in Humid Climates
In the middle of the summer in a humid climate, if you have combination or oily skin, sometimes you need a good gel cleanser for oil reduction. This product is perfect for that. However, if you don't meet all that criteria, I'd say that this is too drying and there are alternatives that are way more gentle on your skin (such as iS Clinical Cleansing Complex).

I ordered this and the purifying cleanser. The simply clean is a nice clean smelling foamy face cleanser that gets your face feeling fresh and clean without drying the skin. I felt the Purifying cleanser was too runny and didn’t clean the face well and left my skin dry.
