I miss the old packaging
I miss the flip top lid used I. The old packaging. Now I have unscrew/screw on a lid in the shower. I believe the formula of the product has not changed just the packaging.

LOVE the product - gives a thorough, yet mild deep cleansing, which I alternate with an Elemis cleanser. BUT I hate the new packaging - went from a flip-top to a screw top . I never had leakage nor any other problems with the old packaging so I don’t understand why there was a need to change and remove the ease of a flip top

I got a free full size of this product. I almost didn’t even use it because I avoid AHA/BHAs because in they tend to irritate my sensitive skin (especially after sun exposure, even though I religiously wear sunscreen). But because it was a full bottle, I decided not to waste it and give it a try. I’ve been using it almost every day for a few weeks and it has not irritated my skin at all. It does seem to make my face look brighter and even-toned. I think this is my new go-to cleanser.

Nice and gentle exfoliating cleanser, creamy and leaves skin feeling soft. While I'm not a fan of heavily fragranced products, this one is quite nice with a mild citrus fragrance. The exfoliating grit is not harsh nor abrasive which is a real plus as it's gentle on the skin. Will purchase again.

Great for acne
I have been using this product for about 2 months. I have adult acne on my cheeks that I was hoping to clear up. Initially I was using this skinmedica wash plus an AHA/BHA leave on serum and it was too much. My skin was getting really dried out. I stopped using the leave on serum and have just been using the wash and my acne is so much better. The wash itself seems to be enough. I would definitely recommend this product.
