Different than the norm . . .
I remember when I received this as a bonus with other products I ordered. I have also used a more liquid hyaluronic acid like Skinceuticals, IS Clinical, etc. At first, I did not like the consistency and sort of forced myself to use it. Well, as time went on, it is now one of my favorites! I do love how it spreads and soaks right in like a super moisturizer. And to know if has so many different types of hyaluronic acids makes me feel like I am pampering my skin more than usual with this product. SkinMedica rocks with all their products!

Not Hydrating
I bought this sérum hoping it would hydrate my dry skin. It advertises that it keeps your skin hydrated for 8 hours. I found it to be heavy and not hydrating (especially not for 8 hours). It is a strange texture too–it is heavy on your skin and not silky. It feels cool going in, but it certainly wasn't my answer to the dry skin problem. I have also used Neocutis Bio Serum and Teoxane RHA Serum. These are much better serums from my experience as far as anti-aging. I realize they are more expensive. However, this product doesn't hydrate, and it doesn't help with anti-aging, so I am not sure what it is supposed to do.

At first, I was unsure about spending the money on SkinMedica products but after the last 4 months of use, I don’t regret it at all! I use this in conjunction with TNS Serum, Lytera 2.0, the face wash and rejuvenative toner. My skin looks incredible!

After using HA5 for a few months, I have noticed a difference in my skin. It looks dewy and never feels dry. The texture has also improved with respect to smoothness and firmness. Love this hydrator!
SkinMedica HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator is now my go to serum under my moisturizer. I also put in on the back of my hands as it feels so silky smooth. I wet my fingers to apply this serum and I have definitely noticed that it softens the appearance my lines and wrinkles. I also find that it works well as a moisturizer under sunscreen.

Skinmedica HA5 hydrator
This is probably one of the few products that I will buy again and again! I use it everyday in the morning after Skinmedica TNS and vitamin C serum, and at night after Tretinoin. It makes my skin so soft and supple upon application and throughout the day. It definitely helps to keep my skin from flaking/peeling and drying out from Tretinoin. Makeup also goes on smoothly and doesn't pill or ball up. There's no greasy, or sticky feel whatsoever! You can also apply this to the eye area including the eyelids per my dermatologist. The regular price seems high but you actually get a 2 oz bottle while the majority of hyaluronic products out there come in only 1 oz size for about $80 - $ 90 already. Additionally, with LovelySkin's sale/discount coupon, you''ll end up paying less. I highly recommend this product!

Nice feel & smell
This is the first product I use after washing my face. It is light and feels very moisturizing in a non-greasy way. It also does not have an overpowering smell. I''m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 because the literature shows a photo of a woman''s eye wrinkles before & 15 minutes after using HA. Her wrinkles (surprise!) are visibly diminished in the "after" photo. That miracle has not happened to me but I do like the product enough to have bought it multiple times.
