An effective product
A sample of this cream convinced me to make a change because of needing something more emollient. While stillI using another lighter weight cream during the day, this does soften wrinkly areas and blepharoplasty scars with nightly application. My concern is the container..Skinmedica products sre usually in pump containers, as this should be. In order to control the amount used and omit finger dipping, I use a Q-tip which also facilitates precise application.

I have tried this cream for a couple of weeks now and it does seem to help when I put it on. The texture is smooth and it feels nice. In the morning the fine lines seem to be reduced a little. But by the end of the day, it's certain I need a dose again, so I almost need to keep it on all the time for best results, which is not possible given the expense. I tried it due to recommendations from dermatologists. I do believe that it is a good product, just not sure yet if it's worth the cost.
