I started using this serum two years ago after a laser treatment per the doctors suggestion. I have used it ever since. One pump covers my face and neck and immediately gives my skin a lift and tightening feeling. When used over time, the difference in the appearance of my skin is noticeable. TNS Recovery Smooth/Firm Skin
I am 57 And have purchased TNS Recovery before. It smooths and firms my skin and leaves it with a very nice quality. It is not oily and does not cause any problem for my dry skin or rosacea that I sometimes have a problem with. I give it four stars because of the high cost. I still will buy it as I feel it works well.

I have been using this product for over a year now. It was first given to me a few weeks after i had completed by 3 treatments of Pixel laser, this stuff helped me heal faster and just made my face brighter. The trick is to have your face slightly damp (like spray a few mists of water), then one pump will do you - it will make the product spread faster and evenly to your skin but please remember to spray a few mists of water (or toner) beforehand to make the application much easier. This will make you stretch that dollar since this item is not cheap! I ran out of this for about a month and I could see the texture and brightness of my face slowly change. I re-ordered thru Lovely Skin and was happy to get it in 2 days - now my face is getting back on track!

SkinMedica TNS Recovery Complex
Ive tried this product before after ordering it through another Internet provider. It irritated my skin and made it overly tight and crepey. I read that products could be tapered with by some Internet companies (the one I received actually had the product in the pump and the packaging was not intact) and started ordering from LovelySkin. I switched to NeoCutis with the same ingredients and loved it, but thought I might give the SkinMedica another try. I am having the same problems, burning irritated skin that is uncomfortably tight. Worth the price
Although quite pricey (only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) TNS Recovery Complex is worth the high price. Ive noticed that it has evened out my skin tone and smoothed out fine lines. My face looks fresher since using it. Because of the high price, I only use it once a day in the morning after washing my face then apply my vitamin C, moisturizer, and sunscreen. If the price would come down Id use it more and Im sure would notice even more improvement. Ill keep my fingers crossed. Its a lovely product!
