This is the only hand soap I use. I have eczema and this cleanser is mild and doesn't irritate my skin. I'm so glad I can get the large size so I can refill all of my pump containers that are in my kitchen and bathrooms. Please don't stop carrying this larger size.

Best liquid hand wash
I have some many contact dermatitis allergies that finding a liquid hand wash is incredibly challenging. This one is fantastic and very easy on my hands. Best liquid cleanser for super sensitive hands
Nice lather, little goes a long way. As other reviewers have mentioned the pump sticks and is hard to use (as a 70 year-old this may become a deal breaker for me as my fingers lose their dexterity). Vanicream products were recommended by my dermatologist for my eczema.

Vanicream body wash only wash I can use
Due to lichen sclerosis and extreme eczema, I can’t use soap of any kind. even Dove soap, they are triggers for my sensitive skin. Extreme itching and inflammation, this is the only body wash I can use.

Great for sensitive skin
Causes no irritation at all on my terribly sensitive skin, still foams and feels like a "regular" cleanser. It's a cost-effective option too! In a pinch I've used it as body wash and shampoo, which it works fine for. I'll probably use this cleanser for the rest of my life, I hope they never change it.
