The morning routine, includes cleanse, base moisturize and sunblock applications. Immediately, after the morning routine, the make-up routine starts with an application the afa moisturizer, followed by a thin base of face oil. It helps the make-up application just gloss on so nicely on my face. It really helps to keep a nice even glow!! I found afa two years ago while in Europe. I could not be without it now! I love it!

I've been using this lotion on the back of my arms for about 2 months, 1-2 times/day. I do feel like it is helping with my sun spots and will continue with it. There is a slight stinging sensation when you first apply it but it goes away quickly. The lotion melts into skin without any greasy residue.
