I’ve used a few Dr Babor products over the years and pleased with them. The kit was a nice option to try the new/reformulated Collagen Peptide Booster Moisturizer. I was torn between this and the Rich version for my mature very dry skin fighting the added cold temps and dry air. I was pleasantly surprised by the moisturizer and how hydrated it was on my skin. The moisturizer doesn’t feel very thick so wasn’t expecting to be happy with the performance of this. The rich one might be even better and might try that one but happy with this purchase and how it makes my skin feel. I haven’t tried the ampules or eye cream yet but have used both by this brand before and happy with them. I think the Dr Babor line has some great products and this moisturizer is definitely one of them!

My skin has always been troublesome. I have spent a fortune over the years trying to find a product that doesn’t make me itch, breakout, or sits on my skin doing nothing helpful. This product, however, makes a HUGE difference in the appearance and texture of my skin without any adverse effects. Love it. I use it every evening and actually look forward to applying it.

Thick, heavy cream which does not spread easily unless warmed up first in your hands. Found no 'lifting' effect, or even a good moisturizing effect. Results after a couple of weeks were the same as with a much cheaper moisturizer. Also seemed to irritate my sensitive cheek area. Did nothing for my neck area either. This jar ended up being a spendy foot cream. (Did a nice job on the feet, though!). Will not repurchase.

This balm is a little stiff until it's rubbed together with the fingers. A pro: it goes on a dry face so no bending over with dripping water running down the arms until it's time to rinse off. It is very effective at removing makeup. The con: it takes some vigorous rubbing on the face to apply it effectively. It's warm in AZ but not sure what it would be like in the northern states during winter.
