I've used the Blinc Primer for about 2 years now, and it was on backorder for a couple of months, and when I received the new one, it seemed to me that the formula had changed. It wasn't as creamy as before, and it seems to dry out my eyelids now. I hadn't had any problems previously with the product and really liked it, so maybe it's just a fluke. I'll order another one after I'm finished with this one just to be fair.
