A true tubing mascara that doesn’t clump and comes off easily with water alone and without smearing. To remove just saturate the lashes with lukewarm water and use your finger like it’s a mascara wand to slide the little tubes off. I like this one much better than Tartlette tubing mascara because that smears when you take it off and doesn’t come off easily without a cleanser.

I’ve been using this mascara for at least 10 years and I keep going back. I’ve tried other tubing mascaras but blinc comes off the cleanest. It lists and thickens better than others as well. … more
