I have been using some kind of powdered pure mineral foundations daily for over 25 years so know a thing or two. Loose powder (vs compacts) can be a bit messy but you get the hang of it and it is worth it for the extra amount with which you can load the brush for better coverage. I would say this brush is great for bronzer or blush (and I am a brush snob). Kabuki would cover better. The Golden Glow color fakes some summertime sun exposure (which I actually avoid entirely due to rosacea). My multiple JI powder products, loose or compact, are certainly safe for rosacea and acne, thank heaven. Trying more colors.
