I needed a little something more than my usual cleanser that I love to remove my new sunblock before cleansing. My dermatologist suggested using gentle make-up removing towelettes, of which there are several brands. My skin is reactive and sensitive; I have allergic dermatitis to certain skincare ingredients. My skin is also acne-prone, if I use anything overly emollient or with oil. I researched different brands of these towelettes and found that several contained fragrance (an allergen for me), so they were ruled out. Of the ones that didn't have allergens that affect me, I tried several. Those all proved to be a bit too oily for my skin, overly hydrating, leaving residue that felt heavy for me and was not good for acne-prone skin. So I searched more and found this product, Glo Skin Beauty Gentle Makeup Remover Wipes. I was a little concerned about the price and the fact that I was required to purchase 2 as a minimum to order it, but I thought these might be just the right product, more suited to my skin's issues. I received them and tried them and I love them! They are the only ones I found that are oil-free, so they did not feel extra heavy on my skin. They also had a nice natural scent of cucumber and the towelettes actually felt very soothing. The best part is that they removed my new sunblock and prepared my skin for cleansing, without being too much for my skin. My skin felt great, and this was better than having to cleanse twice, which dried me out, or using a more hydrating towelette, which made me more susceptible to break-out. I am so pleased to have found this product and recommend it highly!
