Im not saying not to use 30 but if you have this product, your skin will be protected from the sun for the same time frame as any other SPF product!!

I have been using GlyMed Plus Peptide Firming Cleanser twice a day for about 8 months. My skin has become so smooth and wrinkle free and feels amazing after I wash. I have gotten compliments about my skin as I am 66 years old and have almost no wrinkles. I would recommend this product to everyone who wants to improve their skin and feel of their skin.
