I have been using these for years - I can’t tell if the copper does anything but I take it on faith that it does. They are soft and fit well, blocking light better than any others I’ve tried. And research says that blocking all light is important to good sleep. I would give 4 stars if the elastic band was more durable. I loses its stretch after a while. Overall, though, I’m a big fan!
