I'm on my 4th jar. Love everything about this! Just massage it on your face as directed, wet your fingers with warm water. Massage gently (it will become milky. Rinse with a soft warm washcloth. I don't need to rinse. It leaves my skin soft and moist but not greasy or shiny. I have no problem with makeup application after cleansing. Doesn't irritate my sensitive eyes.
