I have been using the Sente Dermal Repair Cream for the past 3 weeks to help retinizing my skin. I've been dealing with melasma for 30 years with Retin A as one of my forms of treatment. My skin is very sensitive to Retin A ( extreme redness, peeling, burning,etc) so I try to work it into my skincare regimen slowly. I've been using this cream to help speed along the process because I'm impatient and want faster results. I'm up to every other day over the past 3 weeks and I'm not experiencing the usual discomfort associated with Retin A especially at 0.05%. I'll keep using it and repurchase when I run out.
