Using this mask will take a LONG time to see any effects so can’t say how effective it really is. I can say that for the first few minutes it’s comfortable but then becomes very heavy and the pressure of the mask is very strong on the nose pads. My nose always has marks by the end of the 10-15 minute session. I dislike that very much.

I always keep my roller in the freezer. After I put face oil on, I use my Guasha, and do my facial massage. I use this cool roller over my face and neck. It is the best tool ever. When I have a neck ache, I gently roll this roller on the side of my neck and no more pain!
